All brand name & trademarks listed in
our website and newsletters are property of their original owners, and
closeoutrader.com does not claim that it is an authorized dealer, nor an
affiliated wholesaler, nor an agent of any of these companies.
Preliminary:
It will be considered that the following
terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted by every party
that confirms a payment, accordingly to invoice issued by closeoutrader.com
1. We deal with stock lots of designers /
brand name fashion related items, general merchandise, consumer electronics and
many other related categories. This consists in overstocks, surplus, canceled
orders, excess inventories, end-of-series, and season orders; from current
season and previous year collection.
2. Merchandise is authentic legitimately
distributed by authorized US-based sellers, with proper documentation to prove
origins.
3. Some pictures provided on
closeoutrader.com are illustration purpose only and not part of a contract of
sales.
5. Goods are sold and shipped with
explicit commercial invoice, and a letter of indemnity if requested, to certify
origins of the merchandise.
6. Orders once confirmed cannot be
cancelled, nor can deposits paid to secure orders be refunded for any reason.
9. Merchandise cannot be returned or
exchanged, unless the reason for return is due to an error by closeoutrader.com
(wrong item/color/size, etc).
10. All claims must be done within a
48-72 hours from delivery date. All buyers must fill out claim form and provide
detail photos and requested information as proof of evidence for any damaged
goods. All claims after 72 hours from delivery date is not allowed.
11. Certain offers are area-restricted,
based on Trademark Law, and cannot be sold in some parts of the world. Special
mention will be specified in such cases.
15. Both buyer and closeoutrader.com
agree to do all efforts to solve all legal situations on a friendly manner,
with good faith. Only the courts of the city of the Closeoutrader.com will be
eligible to arbitrate any legal issues which would not been previously resolved
in a friendly way.
